During my Christmas stay, I loved the clean and spacious rooms at the hotel. They were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's location was a major plus. It was conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, making it easy to find a variety of dining options. the friendly and helpful staff added to the overall pleasant experience.
the lack of English proficiency among the staff made communication a bit challenging at times. the hotel was a bit far from the subway stations, requiring a 15-minute walk to reach public transportation.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the walls in the room and hotel hall, appeared dirty. the lack of windows in some rooms was disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I was impressed with the hotel facilities, especially the ample parking space. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to public transportation. Additionally, there were many places to eat along the way to the subway.
For me, it was ideal.
